Business to Business Quantity Orders Most of our orders ship within a week for replacement parts like glass, fuel; shades and bases are assembled to order and as a rule of thumb take 2-3 weeks, although occasionally orders can stretch to a 4-5 week lead time if custom painting or plating is required. The main thing is to let us know if there is an opening date or time frame you really need the order in, and we will do everything we can to accommodate your date or we will let you know if there is a problem.
For Business to Consumer orders most orders can go out within a one-two week period. Here again, let us know if there is a date you need it by( if a wedding gift, etc.) and we will try our best to accommodate or we will let you know if it can’t be done or possibly suggest a substitute.
We seem to run into this with our special event orders the most! There are some styles that can literally ship the same or next day. If you are needing expedited help, call us directly at 770-432-1156 and we will see what can be done! We have daily UPS pick-up around 4:00 EST, and also have accounts with FEDEX and many other freight lines and couriers. Our staff is trained to not say “no” to an order without checking every possible avenue that could accommodate your request. So ask… it may turn into a possibility!
We do ship worldwide and will try to work with you to get the most reliable shipping service within a budget you can work with. Smaller orders can usually ship by UPS or FEDEX (both have services offering a 3-5 day or a 5-7 day delivery time subject to customs and delivery area.) Sometimes Air Parcel Post is an option, and sometimes for larger orders a pallet delivery service is used. We will work with you to make sure the proper documents are in order for importing and most importantly that your order arrives intact and is what you want!
DAMAGES OR CLAIMS
For Business to Business Orders-Many shipments are handled by UPS. For any claims, please contact your local UPS office immediately and save the packaging. Contact Table Decor immediately(no later than 7 business days). Claims will be denied by UPS and Table Decor if packaging is not kept for inspection. Freight claims should be filed with carriers promptly.
For Business to Consumer Orders please contact Table Decor within 7 business days of receiving an order with any freight damage and we will advise you of procedures to follow so you get replacement merchandise and the claim is handled correctly. Please save all packaging until we advise you what to do.
For business to business quantity wholesale orders there is a 15% restocking charge to return stock merchandise. Some custom merchandise or orders assembled just for you may not be returnable.
For business to consumer orders please contact us for instructions on returning merchandise within a 90-day period of receiving your order. Only merchandise can be credited. You are still responsible for the freight charges both ways.

Our general policy has been to take care of any problems with our products within a year of purchase. This is where there is a defect or issue caused by Table Decor, not by the customer. This excludes metal tarnishing, lacquer wearing, shades getting dirty, things that are caused by general wear and tear in usage. If you have a problem with any of our products call us; many times we can suggest special cleaners or ways to clean products or just give some general information that may help you.

Business to business wholesale re- orders require a $100 minimum order or are subject to a handling charge. Initial orders require certain minimums to qualify for wholesale pricing.
There are no minimum orders on business to consumer orders.
On business to business orders, this phrase means that customer takes posession of the goods when they leave our warehouse. Any freight claims must be filed with the freight carrier by customer.
