What Customers Want to Know
Which lamps are cordless and how bright are they?
ALL of our table candle lamps are cordless and can use either candles, convenient liquid paraffin lamp oil cells or battery candles for their light source, so you are getting the same light as a candle flame- elegant and romantic! Event designers like to call them cabaret lamps!
Once you choose the lamp style you like, then don’t forget to add these items
to your order- they are sold separately from the lamp. (if you forget we will add one tea light candle to your order so you can light the lamp!)
What other light sources can be used?
We also make small electric lamps (with cord and plug) and electric buffet lamps for a brighter light, and we offer certain rechargeable battery operated lights that will give a brighter light than the candle lamps. Call us if you have questions about the amount of light or how to customize a lamp for your decor. We make our own lampshades and can also offer chandelier and wall sconce shades.
Tell me about your lamps…
Table Decor started selling our lamps in 1985 , when our restaurant design clients could not find table lighting that would work with the designs they were creating for their restaurant, country club and hotel clients. Table Decor developed a very unique patented candle lamp to fulfill that need. We rapidly became known for our quality products, varied styles and the company we keep with our customer base! We manufacture and assemble in Atlanta, Georgia; special lamp features include:
CHANDELYN® and THE DINING LIGHTS® History
These are trademark names for the table lamps manufactured by Table Decor Int’l.
We started out with The Dining Lights® custom table lamps for the restaurant market.
Chandelyn® was added as a trade name when the company expanded into other markets
and uses for the lamps. Chandelle is the French word for candle, combined with the owner/designer’s first name Lynn. And now you know the history…
